TrustpilotRegular contact …
Living in Scotland the English system of property sale was not without its frustrations. Zaini kept us regularly updated and in contact with the purchaser once the initial sale negotiation had been carried out by Lauren ( the buyer having been identified within a few weeks of tge house going on the market)
Thank you for taking the time to leave us the review Karen.

My partner and I were purchasing a house via mannings which after 5 months fell through. We found our second purchase not long after again with mannings and they’ve been nothing but brilliant. We are completing today and all communication whether it’s been with Ben, Emma or Megan has been fantastic. Thank you all for helping throughout this year. Abbie Wills

TrustpilotExcellent support
Our move took several months but we found Manning Stainton attentive, friendly and knowledgeable throughout; from Ben who did the valuation visit, Jacob, our contact in the office and Shelley, who rang regularly to liaise between us and our buyers towards the end of the process.
Thank you for your feedback Lesley, it is very much appreciated. Kind regards, Helen

TrustpilotReally happy with the service
Really happy with the service that was provided by Manning Stainton. Always friendly, helpful and thorough. I have used Manning twice to move now and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was particularly impressed by Lesley who fully supported me and chased solicitors for updates. The mini tool box gift was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much.

We have just sold our house after 25yrs , found a flat 5 mins walk from our old house , we lost this property twice due to cash buyers coming along as ours wasn’t sold , at the time this all seemed really stressful, Deborah was an absolute star throughout the whole process, I might add even when we were not happy with things she just got on with it and assured us everything would work out in the end and it did , the whole process took 12 weeks from our offer being accepted finally , I would recommend Mannings at pudsey to anyone wanting to sell , and the solicitors they recommend were just as good and definitely on the ball

TrustpilotWe asked Manning Stainton to sell my property and find us another!
We asked Manning Stainton to sell my partner’s house, so we could buy another property together jointly. From the start they were efficient and professional and found a buyer from our property really quickly. They were also really helpful in finding us another property nearby which ticked all our boxes. Amy from the sales team was particularly helpful in sorting all our viewings etc. whilst John facilitated the sale of my partner’s property and provided a great service. Everything has been as hassle free as possible.

Had an amazing experience with Catherine Downs, the letting negotiator from the Leeds branch. She has been efficient, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We have never rented before and after selling our house it’s all new to us so it felt quite daunting, however Catherine has made the process really simple and straightforward and super friendly too 😊 Thank you! Francesca Crook and Tim Rooke
Thanks so much
