Sold our house through Adel office, all staff concerned gave us a great personal service, But big thank you, to Caroline, for great advice, you know a professional when you meet one. Bought through Headingley office, saw the the flip side, definitely works for the seller, but good experience, as a buyer too.

I liked that you answered all my questions in a polite manner, even when things were not clear to me and you had to re-explain many times the same thing. I liked that you drove me through the first part of the process in a very helpful and informative mannet. I would have liked you addressed me to as helpful and informative solicitors and conveyancers. Once they stepped in I stopped understanding where we were in the process and what the following steps were.
