They gave the highest valuation of all valuers and yet the property still sold very quickly, above asking price with multiple offers. They proactively contacted their mailing list which drove interest before the property was listed on rightmove. Amy, our primary contact, was always avaliable to help and supported with expert advice throughout. Overall we are very happy with the sale process.
