Me and my girlfriend just moved into an flat in Morely and the Letting Agent, Deborah Tooley made the process really straightforward and easy to do. The place was for the most part exactly what was advertised and we were able to move everything in on the day that we needed to. The flat itself has plenty of space and is well designed. It's got a great location too, right next to the town centre and near the train station.We did have an issue where when we moved in for some reason we didn't get the keys to the electric and water meter which we had to go back and ask for.Overall though I would reccomend Manning Stainton as a letting agency. They have been very responsive since we moved in.

The process of handing over to new tenants went extremely well, it was the first time that i had rented the property out and the team at the South Leeds Office at Manning Stainton made sure that things progressed quickly and smoothly. Selling and buying your house can be very stressful but Elizabeth at Manning Stainton took all that stress away from us. She has been helpful throughout keeping us regularly updated with both the viewings and selling process of our property. The 7 days service is also extremely helpful to speed up the service and make sure that you didn’t feel that things couldn’t be done until the following week. Thank you to everyone for helping us sell our property and find our dream home. Would highly recommend.

We are really happy with the service that Manning Stainton Pudsey branch provided, particularly Charlotte Murrie who was working on our move, which wasn’t easy due to being in a 7 house chain.They a are completely professional throughout. If you are to sell your home, I would highly recommend Manning Stainton.

The whole experience was very good. The staff kept me updated with the state of progress. They provide a support person who helps with the legal process...she was fantastic. The legal process was hideous and took forever...not Mannings fault.

Catherine from the Moortown branch has been fantastic. Initially things were a little slow due to unforeseen staff circumstances but Catherine took over and within a week or so I was in my new home! Communication with her was great and I’m really thankful to her for helping things go so smoothly.
