GoogleHolly is an organised and efficient member of the team. I always have works requests dealt with promptly, and my gas safety inspections allocated well in advance. Any problems are usually resolved same day or at the latest the following day. I enjoy her support and she makes my job much easier than it would otherwise be

GoogleStaff extremely helpful and friendly. Moved into my new home in just 3 days from the point of being shown. The location is perfect and the house itself, I couldn't be more happy with. In fact I like it here so much I've decided I'd like to extend my tenancy When it comes to repairs I feel could be dealt with a bit quicker but when a repair or problem is dealt with, they certainly are jobs done with an excellent service and expertise

Hi Jon we spend a lot of time trying to make our tenants experiences as trouble free as possible so it is quite frustrating to read your comments. GoogleMy experience of the Northampton branch has been very positive. Good customer service and really pleasant staff (I must mention Jolanta who is an absolutely amazing person). The letting process is also straight forward. I recommend this agency.

GoogleVery bad agent in uk. Very very slow service. When your rent finish you can't expert your deposit money from them. Because they lied for so many. They always keep one copy of your key and without informing they will send some engineers for repairs. Don't trust them
Thank you for your review. By law, all deposits with Lenwell are protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or Deposit Protection Scheme. As spelt out in your tenancy agreement, processes have to be followed for the settling of all deposits and where they are not followed, tenants have legal recourse. The free arbitration offered by the government backed deposit schemes is final and there is no legal right to appeal. On instruction from a landlord, Lenwell will always hold a spare key for emergencies or for carrying out repairs when a tenant is not present - with the tenants permission. Approved contractors make all their own appointments with tenants directly.
