I've been a tennant for a few years and yet their service never faulters 5* The complaint was logged and dealt with within 12 hours. Had I of not had work commitments that day it would of been completed within hours of logging. Sully was fantastic, really professional and approachable from start to finish. I had a very disappointing experience today. The company’s website clearly states that the office is open until 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Based on that information, we travelled there and arrived at around 12:30 PM, expecting the office to be open. Unfortunately, it was already closed. This is quite frustrating because customers rely on the information provided on your website. If the opening hours are different, they should be updated accurately so people do not waste their time travelling. As a company that manages property lettings for landlords and tenants across different portals, I would expect better communication and reliability. I hope the business reviews its opening hours and keeps the information consistent and up to date for customers.
