I do not recommend this rental agency. I have dealt with rental agencies before, but I have never encountered one as unprofessional and arrogant as this one. My wife called them earlier to rent a house, and they spoke to her in a very bad tone and on top of that, they were racist to her. After hearing our names, Mr. Agent Daniel told her that we could not afford to rent and hung up the phone in her face. I do not find this at all professional.

Best place to find fake promises and incompetent people. Trust is a joke here. Its been one month since I've been moved but still they can't sort out my parking. Was told of fresh paint and new carpet which wasn't there. Whoever you may speak, will say get back shortly and you will get a nice piece of headache

Pros: The value for money is definetely the biggest pro on this agency. For 470 you get a huge room with sink and already furnished. Very convinient places, always close to amendities and transport. Very helpful for quick questions and small queries. Good quality of living and other tenants. Cons: In the specific property I was living the furniture were bolted to the wall. Which is okay but literally for 2cm I couldn't have a great workstation setup. Not a big deal though. You deal directly with the agency not the landlord. Again this is not a big deal but I think it should be good to know at least with what kind of person you are dealing. Now the biggest thing I struggled the most was getting my deposit back and a piece of my overpaid rent. Communication was pretty pure. I emailed maybe 3-4 times before I get an reply back. Until I got reffered to a Head of Property that took my case a little bit more seriously. I wouldn't mind if it was like 100 pounds I was owed and they are gonna be a little late but we are talking for around 800 pounds. Overall an Okay experience if I ever get the chance to rent with this company I will hope I get a better experience overall.PositiveQuality, Value

Beware of PM James J. The most Unreliable person, took him 6 months to send a guy to my property, doesn’t give a dam that they rented a devastated property, I had to fix everything on my own, haven’t seen this young lad even once, for sure that’s good, but he is getting paid for doing 🦆 all. He has guts to tell you what to do, regardless of how much hard work you had to put into the property so it’s liveable. On the weekend his maintenance guys dropped a fencing into my newly done garden, because James didn’t know it was done already, poor communication between him and me, glad my landlord responds swiftly, however if James is your PRopery manager, keep all yours records as I do and all the emails, you may need them later.

I had a property inspection today with a young gentleman. He was absolutely wonderful..very courteous and respectful. An credit to your company. Unfortunately I didn't get his name..please pass on my respects to a very delightful young man..(as we discussed..looks younger than he is )...new review 😀. Had a visit today from ctb property services regarding an immersion heater problem. Mr Hobbs attended at time agreed. He was polite, courteous, well mannered and very cheerful and confident he could sort the issue. He absolutely did! Diagnosed the problem within minutes. New thermostat and new switch needed as loose connection. I now have hot water! Thank you very much Mr Hobbs 😀
