We had a really positive experience with Lender Letting Agency, especially thanks to Gracie. From our first conversation, she was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Moving house can be stressful, but Gracie made the whole process so much easier. Not only did I find the accommodation that I wanted Leader’s linked us to different service providers which made it easier for us and convenient too. Great service indeed especially Lillian . I got so much of doubts as l’m renting for the first time, she got answers for all of that. Very responsive staff towards email or phone calls. I would not recommend this estate agency at all. Their customer service skills are terrible, my brother recently passed away and left me his property to take care of. I decided to rent it out and was recommended this estate agency through a friend. However, from the enquiry I spoke to a lady called Jolanta who was very short (meaning blunt) with the way she spoke to me and didn’t seem to have any sympathy or care about my property. Then she made it very difficult to arrange a valuation, I stated how Saturdays are most ideal for me and she mentioned how I had to do it before 12pm to fit their schedule, I feel this is inappropriate as I am a landlord and it should be a mutual schedule. I was then met by Lillian who was very egotistical for someone who answered “Um I don’t know” to a lot of my questions/concerns. She was twitching and seemed very fake and slimey towards the way she spoke to me. She had also extremely overvalued my property just so her agency could try and instruct it. All of the other Northampton estate agents had it at £1100 while Lillian insisted it must be £1500. I think she was trying to justify their management fee to me. She then never got back to me so I wouldn’t recommend any of them at all, maybe my friend had a different experience.

We reached out to leaders, when our property in Northampton had become problematic. We meet with Jolanta and gave her the break down of our current situation. Jolanta was the only professional out of all we reached out to that not only supported us with HMO but awaited patiently until we had possession of our property. once we could hand the keys over to Jolanta & Lillian and the team the property was turned round in a month.
