GoogleMany heartfelt thanks to Tatjana and Jolanta at Lenwell NH. They are the kind of letting agents one gets to know by name. They put in the effort and care to do what is right, in what I am sure is a challenging job. I have gone with other local agencies in the past and would definitely feel safest with Lenwell in the future.

View AgentsCould do better
Northampton Branch when you can access staff does very well, phone issues and short staffed. That is down to Head Office which is archaic, due to the owner. Depends, when new tenants money is paid, when you as a landlord get paid, can be over a week.s delay. Would have given a higher rating to the Branch and a lower one to HO
I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with our Head Office and in particular our payment process. We make payments without fail every Thursday for money we've received up to and including Wednesday. I've taken your comments on board and whilst we don't have plans to make changes to our payment processing at this stage we will keep your comments in mind, we are always trying to improve the service we provide! GoogleI moved in on 1 June and am enjoying my new home I was given a welcome package and supported with all cleaning supplies. The room is fully furnished kitchen is clean with all kitchen appliances , what else can I ask for more am glad I chose leaders the stuff are something else,they provide all the necessary support for me when I rich out with them. I have been at the office twice for support I met Lilian, jolanta and another lady, they really helped me out to activate all this standing order thing am really grateful.

GoogleThey say experts but they’ve only experts in fobbing you off! 18 months and still waiting for repairs to be done that was noted when we first moved in countless phones calls and emails and even visits from there head office and still a joke! Never missed a payment and always paid on time! No excuses! There answer to my latest phone call is if I’m not happy then move out! Moved in without working fire alarm, leaking sinks, unsecured property due to window frames and front door not fitted properly just to name a few!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
