GoogleI have recently been dealing with Lenwell Northampton after receiving poor service from another local agent. I have been very impressed with the hands on approach from Lenwell, in particular Tatjana. I wouldn’t consider another agent and would fully recommend Lenwell.

GoogleThe bar for letting agents is low, but honestly they're a next level of incompetence. In a year and a half, I've had two tenancy contracts, which you would expect to be bread and butter. This has been met with: * A loss of two days annual leave as they failed to get the contract done by the date given, despite threatening to pull it at an earlier date if the employer reference wasn't filled in (out of my control) * Required me to come in to sign the contract, delaying my housemates move in date. The reason: they couldn't spell "accommodation" in my email address after blaming me * Got the address wrong on contract renewal * Got the name spelling incorrect of my housemate in the contract * Got the price wrong in the renewal * Asked me to forge my old housemates signature on deposit refund * Delivered me the wrong the deposit cheque, which I then had to go and forward to my old housemate * Failed to deliver correct deposit cheque And all this while requiring constant follow-up as it doesn't get done, and an attitude that I should be thankful. Also all the five star reviews have come from accounts/users with no other reviews, so they're probably just writing them themselves. Take it as you will. Edit: There are provably no falsehoods in this review, I still have the contract with the misspelling before it was changed. Tatiana also straight up lied on the moving out report, so if you are a tenant, be sure to take a video. Fortunately I had one with the floors still wet from mopping, so the "dirty floor" set a nice precedence for the other false claims
Thank you for your long and comprehensive message Chris. Whilst we accept there were mistakes with your tenancy switch we need to make clear a large number of your points are untrue. Misspelt name = middle name wasn’t included, not misspelt. The largest falsehood being your claim we asked you to forge a signature. Absolutely untrue and of no benefit to us at all. You wanted the deposit back in your name only and we would not accommodate you as it should be split quite rightly with all tenants. Lastly our reviews are all legitimate. Thank you.

GoogleSo here is my honest review...This company is great and definitely know what they doing. I had property viewing today at Royal Terrace with lovely lady Viktorija. Can not complain anything as she is definitely professional and carrying. With very professional and clear explanation and taking in consideration any issues we may concern. Unfortunately this time we had no luck as property was too small for our needs .But I would definitely highly recommend Lenwell .As we are staying too with them to find a lovely place to live.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThey advertise properties for sale/rent and even after a week their houses are still on the market marked as available. After you call them, they say that the property have gone from ages ago 🙄😒. Really?! All the Estate agents takes at least a week deposit from their clients to can send their references to the landlords and to get the property out of the market (to hold it for the potential customers). Therefore, why they do not bother to TAKE it from the market? I had this issue with more than just one property (when I tried to check for the propertie's availability and got the same response: it's gone!, although still available on the market sites).
