GoogleI just wanted to leave a review for Aimee Balban Hall as she was honestly so helpful from the first enquiry I made about having my new properties hosted with the company. She was really friendly and easy to deal with, answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she made what could have been a stressful process actually really straightforward. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting things right and making sure everything is sorted properly. Really happy with the service I received from her and I would 100% recommend Aimee to anyone looking for a property manager.

GoogleWould leave zero stars if I could. We have been trying to get off their mailing list for MONTHS, having never signed up for it. Despite assurances that it "will be dealt with", we are still getting offers to rent flats that we do not own, and have absolutely no connection with. Instead of stopping the mailing, they just keep adding new flats to the list. I'm sure someone there is having great fun at our expense but it needs to stop.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Lender Letting Agency, especially thanks to Gracie. From our first conversation, she was friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Moving house can be stressful, but Gracie made the whole process so much easier. She kept us updated throughout, answered all our questions quickly, and was always professional while making us feel at ease. Thanks to her hard work, we found and secured our new home much quicker than we expected. It never felt like we were just another customer, she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place.
