We use the Lenwell fully managed service to let our property. Within 24 hours of our property coming on the market, tenants had been identified. The team at the Bedford office handled the whole process for us which included:-conducting the viewings, taking up references, completing the inventory. The Bedford team are always helpful and respond promptly to any questions or queries we have. We are more than happy with the service we receive from the Bedford team

I have used Lenwell’s since they took over Acorns. My letting Agent Kim manages my property and advices me of any issues promptly and arranges for them to be solved as quick as possible so generally I don’t have issues. I have not used other letting agents so cannot compare but I think Lenwell’s are competitive in the market.

The team really helped me when I was looking for a property to live in away from my parents during the covid 19 crisis as they were at high risk of catching the virus and being a front line worker for the NHS this was a great concern of mine. They were quick with responses and assisted me with everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Thank you Richard, Lisa and the rest of the team for everything, I am so grateful.

I actually used to work for Lenwell so it was good to experience the process being on the other side. Sarah moved us in quickly and efficiently. Five star customer service! All the staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend :)

Just want to say how we have had excellent service with lenwell lettings. Very smooth and hassle free process. We found Jolanta very friendly on our viewing we never felt rushed or pressured at all, any questions we have is no problem for Jolanta very quick at getting back to us.
