GoogleWe Have been Landlords renting through Lenwell for 18years. The staff have always been helpful and responsive to any issues which relate to the property or tenants. Reletting has always been a smooth process. Special mention to Holly who has always been excellent at responding to emails, communicating back in a timely fashion and dealing with problems extremely efficiently. .

GoogleWe approached Lenwell as our previous agent was not giving us the results we wanted. Within one day Matt came out and had the property online with an advert twice as good as our previous agent. They have already carried out viewings and received offers. I would recommend Lenwell as they clearly work hard for Landlords and understand what we want from an agent.

GoogleReally easy to get in contact with. Answered all questions and were very supportive through the application process which helped us a lot as it was our first time renting. Jolanta was happy to speak to us whenever we need her and was always quick to respond with help.

GoogleI would just like to say a big thank you to Michelle and Kate at the Biggleswade office. I am a first time home owner/renter and its really all thanks to them that I finally moved out of my home as the odds were against me when I found these new flats due to the amount of interest in them! I have now lived here just shy of a month. The experience has made me feel comfortable, supported and settled in my new flat and I know support is just a call away. Everything has been very straight forward going through Lenwell and the communication has been great. Thank you for everything thus far and always a pleasure dealing with these two friendly faces!

GoogleAfter waiting nearly 2 months to get my deposit check back it only goes and bounced. Still waking for my money. Tried to blame for things the landlord did before me moved in. Appalling.

GoogleA very professional team. They helped us find the property we wanted. The entire rental process was very fast and prompt from the moment of viewing the property until the conclusion of the contract and the actual move. GoogleStaff was extremely helpful in an unfortunate situation and sorted it out with utmost professionalism and kindness. I can recommend them 100%. First I met Linda who was very friendly and helpful, gone to a viewing with Malik who has done everything and beyond for me to help. Richard was closing my deal and he was reassuring, professional - best agency I have dealt with!
