GoogleThey say experts but they’ve only experts in fobbing you off! 18 months and still waiting for repairs to be done that was noted when we first moved in countless phones calls and emails and even visits from there head office and still a joke! Never missed a payment and always paid on time! No excuses! There answer to my latest phone call is if I’m not happy then move out! Moved in without working fire alarm, leaking sinks, unsecured property due to window frames and front door not fitted properly just to name a few!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI called one lunchtime week before last as we have a nice 3 bed modern semi detached property to rent out, so I left message and unfortunately never received a call back. Must still be on lunch I guess!

GoogleLazy business winning technique from this company yet again. Adding fake let boards in Leighton Buzzard at apartment blocks they do not let a single property in. I know at least two of the developments the boards are at are owned by one landlord and are all let by another agent, that doesn't make sense. Do your research if you are going to falsely advertise your company and put them in places that are believable if you are taking up this poor business tactic. Gain business the right way by winning it not the lazy way by pretending you are letting houses in that area.

GooglePoor service. You book a viewing on a property, call to confirm all is okay and they have no record of your viewing! I suppose there's so much demand, it doesn't matter if they mess around potential applicants..

GoogleGenuinely the worst service and group of people I’ve ever dealt with. When requesting details on a property to rent I was sent the wrong floor plan and could not view the property. When collecting keys and viewing the property it was much smaller, no apology or any compensation. The checkout process and excess fees forced to pay are ridiculous and there’s no room for negotiating. Will never deal with again.
