GoogleLauren and Zain were especially helpful and made my moving-in experience quick and smooth. However I found my apartment pretty dirty on the first day, and parts of the process were unnecessarily complicated.

The team could not have been more helpful and timely, the deposit deferral service offers really amazing add-on benefits and the team did a great job of explaining all of my options. My move was a little complicated but was handled quickly and professionally--the whole team really helped set my mind at ease. Angel was amazing and I highly recommend her if you're looking for a property.

GoogleIt's all very well to ask for money when it's owed to you, when leaders owe you money they promise to pay within 5 working days 3 weeks later still waiting. Poor customer service avoid

GoogleI moved in on 1 June and am enjoying my new home I was given a welcome package and supported with all cleaning supplies. The room is fully furnished kitchen is clean with all kitchen appliances , what else can I ask for more am glad I chose leaders the stuff are something else,they provide all the necessary support for me when I rich out with them. I have been at the office twice for support I met Lilian, jolanta and another lady, they really helped me out to activate all this standing order thing am really grateful.

GoogleMy experience with them are very unpleasant. I stop renting for them in December. I have struggled to get my deposit back, many emails was sent to them and few got replied. Finely after few months I did receive money but still waiting for the replay about something else. The don’t have correct information in the system and even I confirm all my information the still ask me to provide the same information.
