Very Very Poor Discriminative.. rented through leaders had countless repairs that needed doing to stop the flat being in such a run down condition. I within the payments I made I paid for a parking space and I was continually harassed by leaders because I was supposedly trying to run a business by fixing my car. I also was told I’m not allowed to park my own car that I had stolen from me that was involved in a crash. In said car park because it isn’t “road worthy” It’s also apparently classed as running a business for me to sell my cars that I’ve fixed, (which I am apparently not allowed to do either) in turn to make profit to fix the car they complain is not road worthy. No respect for tenants at all everything you do is watched. I do not recommend anybody use these people especially if you’re planning to have a quiet peaceful tenancy as they will not leave you alone. I have boldly been accused of using drugs tried bargaining me with the concept of the flat in dis-repair, by asking if I’d like to cancel my tenancy agreement and move elsewhere so the landlord may “sort the flat out “ Disgusting behaviour my mental health has deteriorated severely since being here. I’ve never had as much anxiety from just simply living. Than what I have had from being here. DO NOT RECOMMENDNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

I have recently moved out of a property that was found by Leaders and later was fully managed by Leaders. Over the 5 years or so, I found Leaders to be very responsive, typically excellent with communicating and always very easy to reach. Moving out was a bit of a pain because I was going to a new build but Helen in the property management team helped to coordinate everything and kept me in the loop. When I needed some help or flexibility it was always there and if I requested an invoice or change at any point, it was easy to have that conversation. I would like to share my experience with this agency and one of the landlords that is renting or was renting via them. In October 2020 I was on the market for a flat or studio flat so I can move and quietly work during pandemics. It happened that they got a so far good flat. I was delighted to take it and I was assured via the phone that the flat is more than 100% mine as there is nobody else interested in it. 2 days after, I am getting another call from another agent that is telling me, that the landlord has now my offer and somebody's else offer and they consider it, but if I pay ASAP this will 100% guarantee the rent for me. I agreed and paid for the deposit and other costs. Moments after I submitted the payment to the agency, I am getting a call from the same agent that is telling me that instead of 12 month tenancy which was mentioned in the advert and also it was mentioned by them when talking to at least 3 - 4 times - they now want me to take the flat for 15 month as per what they said "My tenancy will expire in January 22 and for the landlord will be really hard to rent it to somebody else in that time of the year". I agreed even though I was supposed to say no, but I just wanted the deal to be done, plus I already noticed my then current landlord that I will vacate the property. One week after I got the paperworks and everything else. As it was short notice from my then current flat, I signed all of the papers as the time was pressing me up and after a while, after everything was completed and after a lot of arguments and misunderstandings with the landlord which they advertised as being a good and decent landlord I decided to leave the apartment. But we found out that instead of 15 month tenancy contract I got signed up for 25 month contract so the contract would be coming to an end in January 2023 instead of January 2022. Without my verbal agreement that was stating that I agree to stay in a studio flat for 25 month they gave me the contract for 25 month. The landlord told me they can't be involved in my contract cancelation as they were just "finding a tenant for him". The audacity the agent has is that he even asked me to give him a positive feedback which would help him to get a promotion and some salary benefits. Absolutely rubbish service and partnership choice. Their services should be avoided and even reported as what they did to me, they can do to many other people. They responded promptly to our viewing query and booked one in at the first opportunity and we had our offer to the landlord approved and the property reserved within a few days.
