This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a Letting Agent Company. Leaders Letting Agents (Bromley) are very professional and extremely efficient. They helped me get through a very difficult move very very effectively and through their evident expertise. All the agents I dealt with during my move (Will, Cathey, Edyta and Fiona) were very very professional, competent, efficient and very kind. They helped iron out any concerns I had during my move very quickly. This reassurance meant alot to me during what was a very very stressful time. The bundle of services offered during the move process helped make my move and transition as smooth as possible. It was also extremely heart warming to receive such a gorgeous welcome package on the day of my move in. This really brought a much welcomed smile to my face and meant alot considering the times we are in at the moment. The hamper was extremely appreciated and definitely got me through the first few days of my move! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and heart warming gift! This is such a unique experience with a Letting Agent, and only outlines their excellence and hospitality even more. The place I was interested in was fantastic and unbelievable value for money, its a shame about the process in trying to get it. Lack of response time, poor customer service (every time i called they sounded fed up when all I wanted to do was move into THEIR PLACE), disorganisation and people generally not caring whatsoever. Nobody ever chased me, it was me calling everyday and getting 'someone will get in touch or email' and never did. I had one string of emails with one of the property managers Paul, but since then its gone completely quiet. I have requested an update by email and tried to call, nothing. The current tenants are apparently in arrears of 1k + for people who lived in the place BEFORE them and I had to basically ask them that if I moved in, would I be responsible for this? which they eventually advised me I would be, but only because I asked. One of the current tenants hasn't even signed a contract!! I call and email with nothing back, the current tenants have the same issue. I needed a mattress changed and I kept being told the landlord lives overseas and that they don't have a response from him. The move in date was meant to be 25th September. I could literally go on all day with the issues I have had with this place. i think I have spoke to 1 helpful person who advised me that the place is sold as a whole and that everybody is joint liable for everything, including damages and rent etc. Requested an 'update' from paul over a week ago and this was because he had not replied to a previous email, so yeah, giving up on this!
