GoogleAlex was extremely nice today when i came for a viewing with my toddler. She definitely created a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. My first thought was that if we were to apply for the property it would be great to have such person to go to shall there be any issues during tenancy! Great job and very much appreciated!

GoogleReally incompetent, asking for payments saying that we haven’t paid our rent on time when the payments are taken automatically out of our account on a fixed date, evert month. Every few months they will come up with some “ penalty”, after putting us through unnecessary stress by proving that we are never late on payment, they apologise saying that it’s been a misunderstanding; then after a few months they come up with the same penalty…. Sort it out, Leaders. There’s no communication between your employees, you’re putting the tenants through unnecessary stress.

GoogleI have just let my flat in the centre of St Albans, following a refurb after having the same tenants for 20 years. Alex and Scott from Leaders provided an excellent service providing ongoing advice during refurb and then finding tenants within 3 days of the flat being available and at the asking price. They made the whole process very easy and straightforward.

GoogleDon’t bother using leaders when you actually need somewhere to rent, they don’t answer the phone or emails then suddenly properties that were just listed have gone! Not everyone can come into branch like the rude person over the phone told my partner. Wouldn’t recommend

GoogleWe recently used Leaders to find a new home for our family and they have been nothing short of amazing. The previous residents left us with a few things to get resolved but Rebecca has been brilliant. She has been extremely diligent in making sure that all the issues get looked at and resolved and it has eased the frustrations and stress massively and we now have somewhere we are pleased to call home. I can't say we are the easiest of customers so we have certainly felt a little guilty at times but Rebecca has taken it all in her stride and turned it all around in super short space of time and we are so happy and couldn't be more grateful.

GoogleWe rented from Leaders in Sevenoaks for over two years and found them helpful, friendly and responsive. They were in the office during Covid and we generally got hold of staff when required. The renting process (+ check in/check out) was fast and largely completed online, and reporting faults in the house got swift responses, although dependent on the landlord for resolution. I would recommend them for anyone moving to the Sevenoaks area.
