GoogleI had rental flat from Leader Bromley Estate Agent a month ago. The office personnel were very polite and helpful. Specially; Mrs Shuk, concerned and solved any problem we have faced during process, helped us for every step. GoogleDon’t bother using leaders when you actually need somewhere to rent, they don’t answer the phone or emails then suddenly properties that were just listed have gone! Not everyone can come into branch like the rude person over the phone told my partner. Wouldn’t recommend

GoogleWe were booked in to view a property with Antony and no one showed up, no direct number to call and no email response when we enquired where they were. And of course the office was closed so we couldn't get through to anyone there. Not impressed!

GoogleVery bad experience with leaders. Felt been looked over and biased towards landlord and not tenant. I have spent all my adulthood renting in different parts of London and never had such biased experience.

GoogleLeaders have looked after my properties for over 15 years and have always done an outstanding job covering marketing and property maintenance. Steve at the Guildford branch runs an excellent department and the maintenance issues now handled by Larissa at the Woking branch have been outstanding in the prompt resolution of any issues.
