GoogleFirst of all can I say that I am writing this as a complete novice as I am a first time landlord. I genuinely couldn't have gone through this process without the expert professionalism of Dominic Williamson. From our very first meeting he was calm, knowledgeable and assured and guided me through the process keeping me up to date with every detail as they developed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would genuinely recommend Leaders and Dominic to anyone who is thinking of entering this process. Leaders put our property on line and the first people to view it, immediately placed a deposit and moved in a few weeks later. Thank you Dominic and Leaders!

GoogleLeaders Letting in Chichester is very much an incompetent bunch where no one communicates with one another properly which happened regularly, especially when checking out that is where it all fell apart, more on that later. During our stay, it was a bit of a hit-and-miss with communication with our property manager who would fail to reply multiple times and had to phone and got a blunt response and no follow-up after that call. Maintenance issues were resolved but be warned it can be a shock when you find that they don't remove their dirty boots when entering your property. And our final repair was for a faulty light switch which yes was repaired but it was bodged and the picture of the repair is attached to this review. On our exit, it was a smooth process despite people from the office failing to communicate with each other and accusing us of not returning the keys on time when we did ahead of time. The return of the deposit is still outstanding and we're given no response either via email or phone call in regards to this being resolved. Would I recommend Leaders Letting well I leave that up to you but I won't be using branch again.

GoogleLaura Court at the Chichester office is our new property manager. I have had to contact her about 2 things recently and she has acted quickly, professionally and really shows she cares about her role and customers. She doesn't promise what she cannot deliver on. She shows that she is genuinely interested in sorting out issues as quickly as possible.

GoogleAVOID THIS COMPANY! This company have really let me down. I put my faith into this company and rented a property from them over a video the sent me of the house. They completely mislead me to a house which was promised to clean but in fact is probably one of the dirtiest houses I have ever seen. There is issues from random stuff being left in the house to rats and mice being in the house. After complaining to them on the day I moved they haven’t even bothered to help me. I have moved here from 3 hours away with my wife and kids and all of our stuff and are now living in a hotel because the house is so dirty and this company don’t even care that they have made us homeless. Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever experienced. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.
