I want to mention Rezah specifically, because he has been my saviour! I'm in the process of renting my flat and so many things went wrong all at once, it was like a bad dream! But Rezah was absolutely fantastic!! He was there every step of the way and sorted everything out for me straight away, as well as be my therapist when I was having a meltdown!! GoogleUnfortunately like others, my experience has been poor t best. Great service when they want your business (rent/tenant) but once moved in the property management has been terrible - poor comms (if at all), a property manager (kim) who seemed surprised when I asked for the courtesy of updates on fixing issues at the flat we rent, buck passing and failing to resolve issues within their own appointed timescales. My first time of using a βmanagingβ agent and I have to say, itβs not been goodβ¦.. seems they want to be your best friend when they want your money, but then just ignore you once they have your money and fail to manage the property at all.

GoogleI have had a very pleasant experience with this company. The manager Rezah was very delightful and made the entire process of moving so effortless. Usually when I am moving home there are stresses that come along with the experience, but dealing with Rezah I was assisted throughout the entire journey and all of my enquires were dealt with haste. Also Elijah, who showed me around the property had such a great disposition. Usually estate agents have a terrible reputation of pulling the wool over peoples eyes, but he was completely genuine and honest throughout the entire viewing. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

The staff are a pleasure to deal with, and excel at building supportive client relationships. They have always been prepared to go the extra mile to help in difficult situations. GoogleSophie was a great help from start to finish, I had a month to find a new place and was losing hope until speaking to Sophie who booked a viewing for the following morning and got my offer accepted. She was also a efficient going through reference checks and when Sophie was unavailable or with other clients the rest of the Lettings team were ready to step in and give me the information I needed.

GoogleMitigated experience with Leaders. Susie & Jade were kind and very helpful to help me find and rent my flat. However 2 weeks after settling down I had a boiler issue managed by Mr McDonald. 3 months after signalling the problem and 6 engineersβ visits my problem is still the same and I live in a flat without hot water in the middle of winter. Extremely disappointed ! Maintenance is terribly slow and in efficient with this company.
