Me and my husband were so anxious with trying to find somewhere in the south Croydon area to rent and in a short timeframe. However, after meeting Rezah who is the lettings manager at this branch our anxiety completely disappeared. Rezah was professional at all times and listened to all of our concerns whether small or big and answered all of our questions. I don’t usually write reviews but I needed Rezah and his team to get the recognition they deserve as they’re doing such a great job in helping those find their rental property with ease. Thanks to Rezah and Methembe After divorcing and selling my property, I decided to rent as opposed to buying another property for awhile. Shocking how I have been dealt with by another estate agent and I just let them have the holding deposit as they were very unpleasant. Leaders were very patient from the beginning. I missed my appointment with them twice. I got mixed up with the location. When I finally located the building I gave them a call and to my surprise I could still view the apartment. Methembe showed the flat. The presentation was good, questions were answered appropriately Though the demands by myself was to get out of temporary accommodation swiftly, (a hotel) they made the transition go smoothly and helped me full out the online forms. Rezah took time out to make sure things were filled in appropriately and I collected the keys on the agreed date of the tenancy. I am grateful. The teamwork displayed was excellent. It’s been very thorough throughout my stay in the property as the communication system for leaders emails brings out very small and unclear messages. They cannot be red. So by the time you realise the important things the time has passed. Your clients who have provided the property for letting should respect the tenants knowing that they pay for the residence not for free. Respect is very vital on both sides. There should be procedures governing the tenancy agreement of the two parties. I had different property managers without my knowledge. They didn’t get in touch with me until I had to the office at times.
