We rented through Leaders and had a pleasant enough experience through sales, however the rental service department were horrific! We received an out of hours call direct from a tradesman demanding access to the property within 12hrs to perform testing, and when we requested authority as to why Leaders had not made the request we were met with aggression and the phone being put down. This led to grave concerns that we were going to have tradesman calling when our teenage children were home alone... and to be frank we spent the evening worrying whether this was some crooks weighing up their potential prey.. especially as they refused to verify their credentials as a registered tradesman. The following day Leaders called and continued to argue that they were right to pass on our details direct, they had no regard for the lack of timelyness, and felt that there was no need for there to be a Leaders representative managing the process... and for the second day we had the phone put down on us as they would not let us even describe our side of the story fully... claiming the long standing service the tradesman had provided to Leaders was good enough against any complaint we may have The attitude and aggression towards us from this single member of staff remained though out the rental period, and whilst the management sent apologies and eventually appointed a different representative, it is clear they have and had no intention of changing their approach (or managing the individual).. I would therefore steer well clear of Leaders in Chichester as either a landlord or renter

Brilliant service from the dedicated team in Worthing. I am confident that the lettings team are managing my property to the best of their ability. We used a local lettings agent before Leaders and although cheaper, the standard of service was diabolical. Leaders are professional and actually care about my property, me the landlord and the tenant too. Worth the extra 1% on the monthly cost of the cheaper rival. 100% recommended.

As a first-time landlord I have been delighted with the service from Leaders.  Jill’s local knowledge in advising on the best areas and type of property was invaluable, as was her  expertise in ensuring that the property was decorated and fitted out in such a way as to make it attractive from a tenants’ perspective.  All of this groundwork has resulted in a quick and high quality tenancy, and both Richard and Vanessa have been brilliant at co-ordinating the utilities and liaising with the tenants.  A thoroughly professional service.

James Bambridge is an absolute Superstar! Leaders in Cranleigh is probably the best service I have ever received from an estate agent as a private tenant. Kay Gibbs & other members of the team are delivering a first rate service and have never failed to demonstrate how performant is their expertise in the Leaders group. With a strong focus onto their customer relationship & an ability to provide an exellent standart of communication all throughout. I cannot recommand enough the service this Leaders branch is providing as many other estate agencies I have been dealing with beforehand are only mid-way to achieve such a high quality of service.

The only problem I had was not having photo I.d , so had to get bankers report, to prove who I was, which I never had to do at my last lettings agents, wasn,t asked for photo I.d, + keep getting docu signing e mails even though, I signed all the paperwork on the day I moved here,so don,t know what they,re all about, was told to ignore them, but apart from that, everyrhing else has been OK,staff are helpful enough, only thing is I don't have an airing cupboard in this flat, so nowhere to put,bed linen, towles etc, which I didn,t realise when I 1st viewed it, + could have done with a bit more storage space, so can't unpack all my boxes.on the + side, the kitchen is more modern than my last flat,& so are the windows in front room & bedroom just, didn,t have curtains up,so had to buy some, + the carpets are nice,which I never had at last flat,so all in all not to bad.

I received excellent customer service from Chris and Tabetha at Leaders in Worthing throughout the purchase of my beautiful property. As I was selling at the same time around the lead up to Christmas it could have been quite stressful as expected, but nothing was too much for me to ask of them. They had tremendous amounts of patience with my numerous requests to visit the property and questions & advice.
