As a tenant I am delighted with the service that Leaders in Sevenoaks have given us this year. I can't comment on the staff at Leaders Sevenoaks other than Vanessa, as I had no need due to her professional management. Vanessa has been instrumental in making a 'move' seamless and hassle free, which in my experience with other Estate Agents had not been the case. She managed all that was required in an efficient and friendly manner, to the extent if you require a stress-free experience, I would highly recommend this professional.

Leaders in Sevenoaks and their predecessors have looked after our rental property since we purchased it in 1997. The service has been efficient, no-nonsense and effective. We have had virtually no void periods in 20 years. We decided to sell the property and asked Leaders to act for us. They sold the house within a few weeks and the transaction completed smoothly. Very happy with the service

We had a good experience with Leaders at the beginning. The people were very friendly and helpful. But towards the end of the tenancy we realised that the landlords bring the money and not the tenants. And that unfortunately shows how the priorities get set.

I came into the office on the 13Th September and was immediately greeted with a lovely warm welcome, the staff in the Weybridge office were so helpful and even offered me a drink while they assisted me with my query. Leaders in Weybridge is by far the best agent in the High Street.

Leaders were very helpful throughout the process. Even when a couple of issues arose that were leaders error they rectified the problems immediately. The staff we dealt with were very professional and on hand to answer any questions or queries we had. I would most definitely recommend their services.

Poor, rented a property, which we gave back in better condition than when we took the lease up. Check out report came back with nothing negative. Leaders Weybridge Client (Landlord), refusing to communicate and give money back or even the dispute amount. Been 6 weeks since we left the property and still don't know what we are disputing with the TDS. It is clear the landlord is not a trustworthy individual, and would advise Leaders to screen their clients better.

Aston Mead/Leaders have proved to be a quality management option for our rented property. We are based overseas so it is essential that things are attended to properly and efficiently. 18 months into the rental lease and we have happy tenants and have had excellent service from AM/Leaders. The detail of the regular reports is astonishing and gives us great peace of mind that our house is being well looked after.

They took deposit and rent from me and said the landlord no longer wants to rent the property out and refused to refund my money .. I'll be taking them to court !!
