GoogleThe Leaders bromley team and especially Nikita who is dealing with the property I rent , are very helpful and pproactive.Nikita shorted out the broken fridge in the kitchen and a damaged window in the bedroom very quickly and kept me informed all the way. GoogleThe current sales team worked pretty well and effectively. Paul and Lily were good at keeping in touch and keeping us informed and the result, whilst not being all that we might have wished was acceptable. The original asking price was clearly way too high and I think we were badly advised at the beginning. The process of producing sales materials was very slow. That meant that the property was publicised some weeks after we had been led to expect. In a situation where prices are falling that delay proved costly.

GoogleThere is a lovely estate agent called Hannah who works here and I am so pleased she was assigned to me. She really understood what it was I was looking for and showed me amazing properties as a result; which I fell head over heels in love with! It’s definitely worth requesting her if she is available :) You won’t be disappointed with your service.

GoogleReally happy with service. Hannah went above and beyond. Told her what I wanted and she only showed me properties that fitted my criteria. After going on other viewings with some other Estate Agents I was so frustrated as they clearly didn’t listen, which wasted both our time. It was refreshing to be shown exactly what I asked for and I found my perfect home. Hannah is an asset to the company and even the after service is fantastic.

GoogleBeky and the lettings team were a pleasure to deal with in securing my new property. As a tenant you want to feel like your letting agency care about you as an individual and not as just another one of hundreds of tenants on their books. Beky was very good at communicating every step of the process and ensuring I was all set to move in with no hiccups. Great service, and I recommend Leaders to anyone needing to rent a property.
