GoogleWe've had a great experience with Leaders. I particularly like that they could accommodate physical viewings to the days and times that suited us (rather than the other way round which we've found is often the case with other estate agents). We found a home relatively quickly and it's been a smooth process. We've received good and regularly communication throughout. Very happy with the service, especially Alex who has been a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleIve let my flat twice now through Leaders and both times Ive received an excellent service. They know the market well and have managed to find a good tenant within a week of it being advertised. Each time Selwyn has led this process for me . He is experienced, knows the local market well, is extremely responsive and always happy to help with anything additional that needs organising. I can't thanks Selwyn enough for his work and for going the 'extra mile' when needed. Thank you!

GoogleIncredibly impressed with them. I don’t normally leave reviews however I really felt I needed to on this occasion. The staff were friendly, responsive, flexible and cooperative (especially in such difficult times). The moving process was made easy and they have been helpful and quick to respond to all my queries since moving in. And another special touch that I really appreciated was that they gave me a little moving in / care box filled with all the essentials for my first day. Really can’t reccomend them enough!

GoogleVery efficient. Offer to acceptance to completion of references was around 3 days. Some challenges with viewing the property but this was outside of their control. Good experience thus far!

GoogleTerrible experience! Booked at 10am to see a property at 12.30pm - 2 hours later! Got to the property at 12.30 on the dot and was waiting around for 10 mins outside the property. Called up Leaders and the lady mentioned the viewer had already left the property. She said she would EMAIL him!! EMAIL!! Do these people not have phones?!?! Waiting around for another 20 minutes before calling back and being sent straight to head office. Mentioned we had been waiting for half an hour and nothing from the branch. She said she would call the branch, she did so and then got in touch with the manager who was meant to meet us at the property!! He didn’t even want to speak to us! Instead he got the woman on the phone to tell us he had been waiting a while and left the property!!! He did not even call us to let us know to see where we were! He must have left at exactly 12.30 or before as the property was gated and could not have missed us! Missed out on a potential sale and safe to say we won’t be using them again!
