I bought through Leaders in February. I was very happy with their help. Beverley, Sadie, William and also Michael were great. The only downfall I felt was the sales progression team only seemed to dip in and out of the transaction and I didn't feel like that team had a handle on what was happening, probably due to how busy the market has been but luckily the branch were helpful and we all got moved in the end.

Excellent experience with Kirsty and Lettings manager Neil Simmons. They are very attentive and fast at processing all the details. They helped us even through the COVID-19 pandemic when we needed accommodation urgently, all remotely done and following government guidelines. Once they helped us find the right property, we moved in within 10 days. Couldn’t thank them enough.

My experience with Leaders was very professional from the start. Selwyn was in regular contact with me and arranged a viewing that suited me and my shift constraints. He was really enthusiastic when he showed me the beautiful property. He then communicated regularly with updates and as and when I needed them. Couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent!

Can I use English? I have had excellent services over the years from Leaders Forest Hill, and particularly in last 2 months from Selwyn Pacheco of Forest Hill Branch in preparing me an excellent video survey of my flat in Camberwell Grove and in now arranging a visit to be received by my tenant when I visit with a girlfriend who is advising me on property.

“As a first time landlord, Leaders (who had been recommended to me) gave a first class service from the first communication through to the commencement of tenancy. Neil Simmons and Dan Radbourne in particular were very professional and their advice quickly allayed all worries. A tenant was found within 48 hours and the tenancy administration was completed in two weeks. A first class service was given to both landlord and tenant and I cannot recommend Leaders highly enough. Thank you to all concerned.”

Very efficient. Offer to acceptance to completion of references was around 3 days. Some challenges with viewing the property but this was outside of their control. Good experience thus far!
