GoogleIt was a very good experience. All members of staff were attentive, knowledgeable and reachable. India stayed on top of the job at all times of the day and picked up the stitches dropped by the other side's team with unfailing cheerfulness and efficiency.

GoogleVery disappointed in their service provided. Did not do their job correctly, did not check property was being kept to standard required in tenant contract. Messed up end of last tenant contract costing me money to repair damage done by tenant. Poor communication. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Poor customer service. They know that they have made mistakes but have made no attempt to fix this. All in all I would not recommend this estate agent if you are looking to rent out your property. From the beginning to completion, they responded to all the requests to view the flat, bring in plumbers, decorators etc etc... always kept us updated about what's going on with the seller.
