GoogleGot to say that they were excellent. Alicia in the office at Worthing was constantly contacting the legal teams and purchaser to resolve issues which could delay the chain and regularly updating me on the progress. Would have been a trickier process without that attention to detail I am sure.

GoogleKing & Chasmore Worthing have been my go to agent for over a decade, providing me with their valuable knowledge, expertise and assistance with my properties. They are dedicated, reliable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I trust in them and they are very efficient and good at keeping me updated. Special praise for Jessica, she's the lady I have most contact with. What I really appreciate is the amount of time they give to me, I never feel like just another customer, I feel that they actually care about meeting my needs. They take pride in their job and although I'm demanding they are are always supportive. I love their friendly, approachable manner, they remain professional but as a customer I see it as a relationship and I want to feel valued, respected and understood. I have a lovely working relationship with them and therefore for all these reasons I highly recommend them

GoogleWe cannot thank King & Chasemore enough, in particular Susie Virgo, for everything they have done in getting us into our dream home. The process was at best shambolic due to other third parties and Susie was relentless in her chasing of everybody. I can confidently say without her, it wouldn’t have happened and the chain would have collapsed. She was always available whenever we needed her, prompt & efficient whilst remaining highly professional. This has been incredibly reassuring throughout what is undeniably a stressful process. It’s a minefield out there when choosing an agent to go with and we are so glad we chose King & Chasemore Saltdean, we could not have been in better hands (and have had the misfortune of witnessing first hand how incompetent other agents can be). If you are wondering which agent to choose, you will be in safe hands with this branch. If only all links in the chain had chosen them! They respond to your requests timorously and nothing is too small or large a problem for them to handle. They work for you not the other way. GoogleI am extremely grateful to the team at the Longridge Avenue branch for their expertise and professionalism during the marketing of my flat in Saltdean. My first contact was with Susie, who visited me at home and immediately showed she knew a lot about the block itself and its legacy issues. She knew about the other flats that had sold in the block and the prices they had achieved. This gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to manage the sale. After signing up to use King and Chasemore, everything ran very smoothly. My flat attracted many viewings and I was really impressed with Meghan and Kaylie in terms of their communication and their knowledge. I received an appropriate amount of notice that a viewing was booked in and lots of good follow-up information. When the offers did come in they helped me to understand them and were patient with me while I considered them. After a change in circumstances - and my decision to take the flat off the market - we received an offer of the full asking price, which was great. But unfortunately I was no longer in a position to consider it. I have been through a lot personally over the last couple of years and the ladies dealt with me kindly and courteously throughout the process, reacting extremely well when I told them of my decision not to sell at this juncture. In the coming months I hope to rent the flat out and, given my experience from the sales team, I would use their rental services without hesitation. When I come to sell I would be quick to call upon them once again. Thank you to the King and Chasemore team - I would recommend your services to any prospective vendors or buyers out there.
