GoogleHad a viewing scheduled for 11am at Royal Mansions. Lettings agent didn't show up. Called at 11.10am, the administrator said he was "chatting to the tenants" and would be another 5 minutes. The Letting's agent himself then called, clearly still in the office and said he was just leaving now and would be another 15 minutes.... I don't mind people being late but don't be dishonest about it. Not a good look, RyanNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI could not fault Shaun Egan and his team from my first contact until completion today. If I have a criticism it is not with them but with King & Chasemore which presumably as a matter of policy asks them to recommend HS Lawyers with the bribe of free photography. In hindsight I should have paid the £200 for the photographer and used my own solicitor. When Shaun and I realised that real pressure had to be put on the lawyers to get moving Shaun backed me up every inch of the way and did his share of chasing and checking until completion

Both are warm, friendly and genuinely thoughtful. Communication with Olivia has been clear, fast and efficient. Contact with Melanie has been stress-free, helpful and productive. I’ve never dealt with an Estate agent & their employees that hasn’t been a frustrating experience in some way, there tends to be a lack of care but this experience has been completely different. From notifying us when the property came back onto the market, to steering us through the negotiation and conveyancing process , everything was handled with professionalism and understanding. They kept calm and level-headed when faced with several curveballs (HM Land Registry issues, our difficult buyer and her archaic solicitor)! GoogleI can't recommend Shaun and his team enough, especially James and Connor. This is my first time selling a property and it comes with a range of emotions as it was my nans home and then my mothers who sadly passed away last year. They walked me through every step and were patient and just absolutely brilliant. My house went on the market on the Thursday and we accepted an offer within 6 days. We also had our offer accepted on the dream house we fell in love with and the team also helped with that as they knew the other estate agents. We had a hugely successful open day and James hosted that and completely smashed it. They're very responsive to messages and just a lovely bunch of people to work with. I will never forget the moment James called me to tell me our highest offer which well exceeded our expectations. Thanks a million!

GoogleWe bought our first home from vendors who were selling through King & Chasemore and had a very positive experience. For various pandemic-related reasons, the whole process took far longer than it ordinarily would but Josh and Claire were brilliant at keeping the process moving as quickly and smoothly as possible. They were always friendly and professional, and were brilliant at communicating when the process hit unavoidable difficulties, ensuring information was relayed between us and the vendors, and both parties' solicitors where needed. GoogleAs soon as we met Shaun Egan, we knew from his approach and attitude that we had found the right person to sell our flat. He was very friendly, helpful but above all very knowledgeable and proactive in his job. No empty impossible promises, just plain hard work. Together with James and Jodi, they secured us the right viewings and, in less than 4 months, we completed on the sale of our flat. As it was our first time selling, we found the whole process very daunting but Shaun and his team patiently guided us through it, answering our endless queries promptly and putting us in touch with a solicitor and a mortgage advisor, who were also both very helpful. Highly recommended!
