GoogleKing & Chasemore have provided fantastic service, right from the point of initial enquiry through to moving into the new property. Chloe has walked me through the whole process and been informative, personable and efficient in everything she has done. She has really helped make a stressful moving situation as smooth as possible! From additional viewings to making payments to arranging contents insurance, everything has felt that much easier as a result of her help and friendly manner. The communication I have had with Rebecca and Dan has also been top notch, so it really does give an extremely positive overall impression of King & Chasemore.

GoogleI can not recommend Paddy and his team highly enough. We sold our house with them and they provided an excellent service. Their knowledge of the market is second to none. They were able to arrange everything from our EPC to conveyor. We were not living in the property at the time, but Paddy and his team were able to assist at every step making the process quick and easy. We followed all advice and were able to secure a good price in difficult market conditions. Our property went from on the market to completed in 2 months. This would have not been achievable without their support and local knowledge.
