GoogleReally positive experience with this company. Right from start to finish. Everyone is professional and friendly. Liam was fantastic finding me a great place and took all the stress out of the process for me. Max has been really amazing too, so helpful and swift with his responses! I can't remember everyone's name that helped me, but everyone I had dealings with were kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

GoogleWould leave a 0 score Poor communications through the tennancy Allow the landlords to keep deposits as they don't have a back bone to get stuff for tenants So they end up loosing out constantly. Never rent a place from these guys numerously asked for paperwork and evidence of stuff never ever give despite always chasing. They take your money 0 intrest in belong you have issues sorted in the property with landlords and then end of tennacy they act like they don't know you and don't give a hoot. Appealing all round and never ever use these. Worse type of people and how andy is manager when he can't even send forms or proof of stuff to help deposits back. Because they are in the landlords pocket. Have lost over £600 due to there incompetence.

GoogleI registered with K&C very recently and have been so impressed with the Customer Service especially with Tony at the Midhurst Office and followed up with Sharon. Thanks so much again. I am adding to this review as not only has Tony given excellent Customer Service but also Brooke at the Midhurst office has too and I would highly recommend King & Chasemore to anyone. Since this last review, I would like to add that I have actually been able to continue my rental journey and thank goodness it has been finalised through Tony at King & Chasemore who has been excellent guiding me through what has been an extremely challenging time before I contacted Tony again and now, thanks to a lot of time and patience from him, I am looking forward to moving into my new home very soon with an Agent who goes above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. I am looking forward to not only being where I want to be again, but also dealing with an Agent who always has an extremely positive, approachable, supportive and professional attitude.

GoogleAlthough going through a particularly difficult first time buying process, I cannot fault the team at King and Chasemore for their diligence in continuing to get things finalised for me. Emily and Angel have been the main people who have been keeping me updated throughout, and I am grateful to all the work they have been doing in the background with chasing and pushing things forward. Although I have another mortgage advisor, I did have a couple of appointments with Abdullah, who was very informative and helped me to understand the mortgage process further. Overall, a great team at this branch!

I stopped using King & Chasemore about 10 years ago, my property came up for rent again recently. I gave clear reasons why I stopped using them and they assured me they'd improved greatly, definitely NOT the case, nothing has changed in that time. My experience was impressive while they were chasing me to sign up and completely lacklustre afterwards, I’m completely annoyed with myself for trying them again, I was right in the first place. Complete lack of communication, one market report on the first week, nothing since. I had to chase them for feedback after viewings, said booked viewings that didn’t happen, 3 weeks without so much as a phone call. I informed them I’d rented the property & all I got was some cursory emails with very few words. I suggested a phone call on 2 occasions so I could give proper feedback but that wasn’t taken up. Having chased me so hard in the beginning & I was the person that chased and assured me they’d improved greatly I’d be very interested hearing about our most recent performance & the reasons why I’d never use them again. If I owned King & Chasemore & knew about this I’d be extremely disappointed. If I was employed as a trouble shooter there would be more than enough work to turn them around into a decent letting agent.

We were fortunate to work with Nicole during the process of finding and ultimately renting a property in Chichester.
