GoogleThe team at the Hove branch made the process of applying for and moving into our new property quick and easy. Jess and Jen were both incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to work with us to find a way of making the process work with our circumstances. What had taken multiple weeks with a previous agency was able to be sorted within only a few days with the team here. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleTerrible Estate Agents. Put an offer in on a flat and was never contacted back. Despite having to follow up on the offer, no responses. Do not arrange any viewings through the estate agents. Poorly run with terrible internal Logistics

Our first contact was with Jessica, who showed us the property and informed us about the rental procedures. We decided to rent the flat, so Jennifer was there to help us with all the paperwork and everything else that needed to be done until we got the keys for our flat. GoogleCouldn't write two reviews but.. Review 2024: Best Estate agents in Brighton & Hove hands down. Been in Brighton renting for 11 years and can truly say they are the best by far, lovely people and quality service in lettings & sales! Rented my last property for 3 years though King and Chasemore in Coastal place. Not had many issues but when something broke they were very pleasant and useful to work with. Review 2021: Excellent experience finding a place to rent through King and Chasemore Hove, staff really friendly and responsive, no time is wasted stressing. Would recommend anyone who is looking to rent or buy to pop in or look online.
