GoogleHad previously had my property listed with another agent in Bognor , but this was proving to take longer than I had anticipated to find a Tennant. This is when I’d was introduced to chane . And in all honesty she was fantastic . Found me a Tennant really quick. And kept me updated throughout the whole process, and was always avaible to talk things through whenever I reached out to her ! This was really important to me given how busy I am . Was originally going to use them just for the Tennant finding service , but have now opted to have chane in a contracted management capacity .. Can’t rate her highly enough . And look forward to having her on board going forward. This brings me to the sales , team.. who i also bought through . From the initial viewing to getting the deal over the line , they and in particular Amy were fab ! Very much same traits as the lettings side . Great communication and easy to get hold of … made what was a fairly involved process in terms of vendor , very simple. Hope to work with this branch going forward Thanks team k and c !!!!

GoogleI had a really good experience working with Chané. From the first moment we spoke, she was professional, kind, and always easy to reach. She kept me updated at every step and made the whole process very simple for me. What impressed me most was how quickly everything happened: my property was let in such a short time, and she still managed to find the right tenants. I felt that she genuinely cared about doing things properly and making sure both sides were happy. It’s not easy to find someone who communicates well and gets things done efficiently, but Chané did exactly that. I’m very grateful for her help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to let their property
