GoogleLovely area, the houses look amazing. As you come the hill your confronted by a beautiful choice of houses. There's areas of green, with a little play ground. Off road parking, my favourite is the 3 storey detached, it reminds me of ye olde Georgian houses. To the cute cottage looking houses.

GoogleWe moved in early April this year and everything so far so good. Gaynor the sale lady and Dale the site manager are very helpful, always make you feel welcome and fast act if there is problem. GoogleShocking company, 3 years on we are still waiting for our initial snags to be completed. Now my 3 year old house has slipping tiles which keepmoat are refusing to rectify. The constant change in staff and site managers says it all. If you want a well made, long lasting house - do not buy one of these houses.

GoogleThe site at Warren Wood View is lovely and spacious. The houses themselves are built to a good standard, with their design being absolutely stunning. There are a number of different extras that you can buy at a small cost to make your dream house stand out further. I do recommend that you get the extras that will make you feel more comfortable as a house is a long time investment. The sales lady (Heather) is professional and friendly. Buying a house here was a straightforward process.
