GoogleTerrible isn't the word. So many problems keepmoat aren't bothered once they have your money! It's the house that Jack built. Thrown up no right angles in rooms faulty kitchens plaster work literally plastered on not straight like you would expect with a new home. Car charger opposite end to the drive way! The list goes on and on....What a joke do not buy!

GoogleBeen in 5 months now been waiting for snags to be complete since the 7 day visit the 3 party companies they use are shocking and put a bad name against keep moat. Only ones that’s ever been helpful is johnothan site manager and Lauren sales assistant but the rest of the house and snags and companies puts them down! Wouldn’t buy another one off them!! Now 1 and a half years in I’ve left snags because there either fixed or worse new kitchen sink dented still fixing showing in walls which my self has sorted garden was uneven again which I’ve sorted and the best one is my work tops been replaced 6-7 times and needs doing again. Clearly a defect in them. And just send them then kitchen fitters then again to replace. A lot of money lost and holidays lost for the sake of a poor quality work tops avoid this company!NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleSeems 'Martin' the sales advisor needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Called in to view showhome and after me and the wife asked to have a look around he told me 'Well Yeah, but you will have to be quick I've got an appointment, you can come back another time or make an appointment' Had to go to Doncaster to view showhome and was welcomed with open arms. Doncaster 1 Keepmoat Moorgate -385,000

GoogleThis has to be one of the worse things experience of my life. I’ve been home owner with keep moat just over a year now. I’ve had 3 dodgy toilets that have all needed sorting/replacing. I’ve also had shower room leak. Always chasing up plumbers never turn up, also found out that I’ve had small leak now for few months to be told it’s due to the bath and the sealant coming off. They are refusing to do the work and fix it for me when I’ve only been in house for a year, I’m not being funny but if a bath tub is sealed properly it should be coming apart within a year also had this with the shower room 3 months ago yet they fixed that after constantly getting onto them. Company is poor full of excuses would not recommend buying of them. Already looking at selling due to poor workmanship on property.
