After a slightly difficult start which was mainly due to lack of information regarding viewings and feed back and a subsequent phone call from myself to the office which was answered by Olivia Vanlint things changed dramatically. Olivia then took it upon herself to handle our affairs herself and from them on we had regular feed backs and plenty of viewings which resulted in the sale of our house and hopefully the purchase of our new home. All of the staff at the branch are extremely friendly and helpful but I feel customers would feel a lot happier if they had a dedicated agent with whom they could be in regular contact with, which we had with Olivia. I know this can be difficult to achieve but if an agent was allocated say four or five customers then I feel customers will not start feeling neglected.As for Olivia Vanlint we feel she has all the attributes to be a top class asset to Intercounty and treated right she should go a long way in her chosen field. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend Intercounty as a good Estate Agent to friends, family and acquaintances.

The valuation was accurate and the agent's knowledge and experience in the local market ensured a number of off-market viewings and a sale within 2 weeks of listing. Don't think I can fault the experience I've had so far with Intercounty. Matthew's been great all the way through - communicative and really patient and informative with all my first time buyers' questions that I've fired at him. Brendan who I met when I was viewing was great too - really friendly and gave me loads of information on the flat he was presenting (and also taught me a very valuable lesson when viewing other people's properties..always wear shoes which you can take off easily!) But as a team, any communication I've had with them has always felt really easy and natural, and genuinely felt like it's been a personal approach which I wasn't expecting, but has been very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend them.

I have dealt with money money estate agents on the past and it's such a relief to not be dealing with the same money grabbing robots in used to. Intercounty have very reasonable fees and cares more about us getting the home we was after rather than how much money they can get from us. Harry did everything we asked, always got back to us promptly and made the whole process very smooth. Everyone at the Dunmow office was very helpful and nice to talk to and I was able to be honest and open with them about my bad credit to which they helped all the way.I recommend Intercounty 100%

We will take on board your comments about the fee’s but we do constantly review charges, whilst we are aware that other estate agents charge less, in order to provide the service level we strive to meet, we have increased costs and as such, we have to pass these on.
