Glad to hear that our staff have explained everything to you. At Intercounty we instruct independent companies to ensure our Landlords are given completely unbiased information. The administration fee is not simply a payment for Intercounty but covers all the referencing, the Right to Rent checks, safety compliance checks, preparation of the tenancy agreement and guarantors agreement. As you needed a Guarantor there was an additional fee for the extra referencing, compliance checks and additional paperwork required.If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact Caroline Rutherford our Lettings Director on 01279 655248.

My partner and I are first time buyers and have been using sites such as Zoopla, Rightmove UK and Onthemarket.com to search for various properties up for sale. All of the properties are being dealt with by different Estate Agents. We have visited various properties and met with various Estate Agents and Intercounty have not only been the most professional but also the most helpful. They have always been at the end of the telephone or an email and whenever we have had viewings their agents have always been at the property early to meet us on time. We have also had experience with some Estate Agents who have no knowledge of the property they are selling and cannot answer any of our questions but Intercounty have been able to answer our questions, have knowledge of the houses we are looking at or looking for and have regularly sent us new properties available on the market which are in our price range. My partner and I have had some awful experiences with Estate Agents over the past few months however we have both been so impressed by Intercounty and their staff. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

GoogleAwful customer service. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The manager at this branch has been a complete pain to deal with. We have had to chase her several times for a response and when we do finally get one she comes across as very unhelpful and rude on the phone. Good luck to anyone who goes with them as their fees are also extremely high and unrealistic. No other estate agents have treated us this way. AVOID!!
