After considerable research we decided to appoint Greens as our Estate Agents. Mark valued our property and assured us that Green's would ' hold our hands every step of the way'. From the very start they have been professional and have kept us informed every step of the way. They kept us informed of all viewings by phone and a reminder email and provided us valuable feedback after the viewings were completed. Everyone in the office is so friendly, special thanks to Naz and Lindy and also to Kate and Geraldine for ensuring that we only had genuine prospective buyers viewing our property and of course Mark. No time wasters, thank goodness. They have provided honest and impartial information about solicitors, removal companies and arranged for the EPC. As a rental agency we have been dealing with for two years now they are useless a complete lack of contact and when they do they claim they have been trying to contact us dispite having two contact numbers for us . We are still waiting for the contract to renew our tenancy agreement which should have been signed weeks ago . When you finally get a house inspection and report items such as damp etc you never hear anything . The gas inspection for the property is always done late and this time the boiler has a problem and you've guessed it not a word back from them. I very strongly recommend that you chose a much better agent

Further to your feedback I have spoken to our Management Department and inspected the file in relation to your tenancy. Based on the file notes I strongly disagree that there has been a “complete lack of contact”. A reminder regarding the tenancy agreement was sent to you on the 3rd July advising that the landlord had agreed to extend your tenancy agreement. The department has also tried contacting you regarding an inspection. The gas safety certificate was due to expire on the 26th September and our contractor carried out a new inspection and issued a revised certificate on the 26th September. A quote regarding the boiler has also been obtained and sent to the landlord for approval, which has today been given the go ahead. We are here to help you and I would strongly recommend contacting our Management Team, who will do all that they can to resolve any issues that you have. Regards Paul Ivens

From looking at your file it would appear that the office is in regular contact with you but if you have any queries please contact the office who would be more than happy to help you.

I have looked into your file and I can see that we have arranged for contractors to attend the property to carry out some work in relation to door locks. However, the landlord does have the right to ensure certain items remain as they are which, I believe, has been communicated to you. If you have any outstanding queries please contact the management team who will be happy to help you.

Worst estate agent I have come across.Can’t process simple requests and REALLY Bad Attitude from office staff when questioned.I now understand why estate agents have no qualifications, just loads of chat .i see they respond to people telling the truth on this medium with a real defensive attitude,if they focused on the job in hand they might not get so many absolutely negative reviews .Time for a change in management and direction,

It took a very long time for this estate agent to get back to me and offer any price on the house but didn't measure up when they arrived - there are other estate agents out there I think they need to get their act together a little bit better I was very disappointed- a company that has such a big reputation

If you recall the appointment was re-arranged numerous times by yourself which did delay us being able to offer you an opinion regarding a marketing price. However, on the appointment Jonathan offered you a verbal opinion regarding a suggested marketing price. He also confirmed this in writing to you. I'm not entirely sure how we could have offered "you a price" any quicker. If you had of given Jonathan instructions to sell your home on the appointment he would have gone ahead and measured up the property. Regards Green and Company
