Absolutely fantastic experience with Green & Company. The whole team are friendly and extremely professional. From Jonathan starting the process and putting us at ease through to Jacquie, who really does make you feel like you're her only client, pushing the whole chain and making sure everything was going to plan. The communication between the team is great as well, you always knew your message would get to the right person and would be acted upon. We would recommend Green & Company Four Oaks to anyone planning a house sale, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

After feeling like we were pushed to market with greens by another branch in order to keep our purchase i had very low hopes HOWEVER i cannot recommend this branch enough! Poor David gave good and bad news multiple times between offers we had and Charlotte has pushed and pushed through every hurdle we have faced for our sale to get to this point. Cannot beat the communication. Thank you!

Our experience with Greens has been excellent, our sale and purchase went through so smoothly with limited stress. The staff were very friendly and professional I would recommend using Greens a proper estate agent not the rubbish you get from Purple Bricks. Well done Girls 👍

I have just sold a property through Green & Company, Great Barr B42 1TN, my agent was Nichola Halliburton. She showed exceptional market knowledge, very good communication skills and a lovely personal approach with good knowledge of the industry all done with genuine care & support & total professionalism with a lovely attitude and a ready smile. All in all a credit to Green & company. It’s certainly given me a different opinion on estate agents.

We deal with a good number of estate agents, and Green & Co. as by far the most personable and tailored in their approach. They seem to understand the gravity of buying a house - other estate agents treat it as 'just another transaction' whereas Green & Co., and especially Tara Kelly, acknowledge that it's a huge decision - she and they work hard over a long period of time to ensure the purchase/sale is the right one. Keep it up, and thank you.

Green and co Four oaks were fantastic in finding a buyer for our home. I loved the no pressure house valuation from Jonathan all the way through to Jacquie helping us negotiate on a house we loved Unfortunately in the end we couldn’t find a property we loved so have taken our house off the market. Green and co were very understanding and when the time is right we will absolutely use them again Thanks all - what a great team you are

I have just sold a second property using Greens in the past year. Extremely happy with the service overall, communication is great (thank you Nyree). Also, fees are extremely competitive, especially compared to the other overpriced local agents. Thank you again

Absolutely amazing communication from start to finish of the sale of my Mom’s house. The team understood that this was an emotional time and were understanding throughout. Nyree and the Castle Bromwich team were always on the other end of the phone for me. The house went up for sale in Jan 24 and we had sold for the original asking price by May 24. Completed within 4 months!! Highly recommend!!

I bought my property from Green & Co in 2019 and the sale went through so easily and professionally that I decided to use them again to sell my property. Sophie was very helpful, gave me great advice and got the property on the market efficiently. Within 3 days of the property being on the market I accepted an offer and Sophie has expertly handled my property sale. I would highly recommend using Green & Co for selling and buying any property. To add they also have good, competitive selling fees compared to that of other overly expensive estate agents in the area. Thanks Green & Co 💚
