The property was perfect and I fell in love with it but sadly it wasn't the right time for me to move. I just want to thank Chris Bolton King and Lorraine Davidson for being so accommodating, understanding and Green & Co have been by far the most professional and friendliest estate agents that I have dealt with in a long time! Having not moved for more than 30 years, the prospect of doing so was rather daunting. Getting older, we wanted to move within the local area to a new, more manageable house / garden on a small select village development which we had identified from the planning application. We believed Green & Co would become the selling agents for the developer (having marketed their previous site) and having met with James Goodman we were impressed with his manner and professionalism and that of his team. We therefore put our house on the market with Green & Co..James and Lucy kept us fully advised after each viewing and of the subsequent various offers made by prospective buyers. When Green & Co received details of the new site from the developer, James advised us immediately. We were able to view the site details with him and instructed him to put in an 'off plan' offer for one of the properties. James negotiated a very good deal with the developer and we committed to go ahead, albeit the property would not be built / ready for occupation for at least 6 months. As a result, we agreed to accept the most proceedable offer for our property, since we would need to exchange contracts for the sale and purchase in a matter of weeks. To facilitate the move we decided to go into rented accommodation for 6 months. Lorraine at Green & Co Lettings was able to find us a brand new house for this interim period which suited us perfectly. We cannot speak highly enough about our overall dealings with Green & Co. in not only selling our house, but in buying a new property and securing us interim accommodation. James, Lucy and Gemma in Residential Sales were all terrific as was Lorraine in Lettings. Thank you very much Green & Co - we have achieved exactly what we set out to do with your friendly and professional help.

I would want to say a big thanks to my mortgage and insurance agent, Ms. Fleur O'Rourke of Green & Company, who has helped me secure mortgage on 3 house purchases. She is very professional and experienced but still managed to cater individual needs patiently. Fleur is very approachable and always responded to my queries instantly. I felt I have been advised all the options available to me with detailed explanations so that I could make informed decisions.
