I rang Greens office yesterday morning...i spoke with a member of staff.who firstly got the time of day wrong..no apologies...i was interested in one of their properties...she didnt bother to show any interest in telling me details...so ignorant..very poor quality customer service...shall take my service elsewhere!..

Green & Co, Four Oaks have been fantastic. Both Tara & Jacquie dealt with our viewings & the communications have been great. They gave feedback quickly following viewings & chased these up if needed. We had numerous issues with the chain after the sale had been agreed but Jacquie was on top over everything & really pulled everyone into line & when you have no control as to what was going on in the background it was so helpful to be able speak to someone who knew what was going on. Jacquie gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process & would recommend Jacquie & her team at four oaks branch to anyone. Many thanks from us all

We’re first time buyers and working with Jacquie Harvey and Cath Painter has been absolutely fantastic. It’s literally been 4 weeks since our offer was accepted and the speed at which we’re moving is great - the highlight being getting a very competitive mortgage offer turned around in just 48 hours! They’re so incredibly easy to work with; it’s made this home buying process actually pleasant!! Yes, there are still a few weeks to go before we hit final completion, but our experience so far has been nothing short of excellent!!!

Unfortunately, we couldn't have them handle the sale of our previous house as we had another agent on board, but their exceptional service made us wish we could have!
