Recently brought a house off them, had a few issues. It was more with the seller then these, but overall they kept you in the loop and answered any questions for us, even stayed behind when we stormed down there to try find out why our move date was moved from the next day (Wednesday) to the Friday, again not their fault but with the buyer we was buying from. They were willing to help.

Con artists! Was forced to take out PPI on my mortgage through them ten years ago that I now know was missold!! They will lie and cheat to make commission on you. AVOID!

I was interested in 5 properties managed by them and wanted to view first, but they were really hopeless. I wasn't able to view any at the end. I found other estate agents much more friendly and helpful.

This has been a lovely experience, the team at Greens have been so supportive, helpful and friendly throughout and their professionalism and knowledge first class. Selling a house is meant to be stressful but they made sure it was a smooth process and we got a lot more for our house than other Estate Agents had suggested! Highly recommended - use them!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have recently had a terrible experience with Green and Co. Wantage and would seriously never wish to have anything to do with them again! As a buyer spending a significant amount of money on a property, I was treated appallingly! If it had not been for the fact that I absolutely love the property I have purchased through them, both Gemma and James would have put me off the sale along time ago. On several occasions I was on the receiving end of what I can only describe as bullying! Never before have I had to ask someone to stop being so rude to me over the phone (as I did with Gemma when she hung up on me!) Due to having to sell my property in order to purchase my next (standard chain scenario) I was telephoned for updates by these guys almost constantly who became really quite angry with me! The whole experience was dreadful. There is a lot more I could say about their unprofessionalism but the main point here is avoid dealing with these people if you don't want to be treated like dirt!

Rebecca, I am horrified to read your review and the experience that you had in purchasing your property. It will be of little consolation to you but I am least pleased that you do love your new property. I have tried to look into the full position on your file and I understand that it was a complex purchase process with a number of legal issues that needed resolving. I see that the majority of your contact was with Gemma but that you needed to speak to our Sales Manager James when that proved not to be satisfactory. Gemma is no longer with us to be able to analyse quite what went wrong. However if you felt that you had the time I would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you to hear your full story with a view to ensuring that we never see a repetition. I would want to say a big thanks to my mortgage and insurance agent, Ms. Fleur O'Rourke of Green & Company, who has helped me secure mortgage on 3 house purchases. She is very professional and experienced but still managed to cater individual needs patiently. Fleur is very approachable and always responded to my queries instantly. I felt I have been advised all the options available to me with detailed explanations so that I could make informed decisions. I understand she has recently moved from the Sutton Coldfield branch to the Castle Bromwich branch and I wish Fleur all the best with her works in the new office.

Agent was obstructive in putting our offer to the vendor until they "financially qualified" us even though we supplied an aip. They kept pressuring to use their financial advice even though we had this already arranged with our trusted advisor. They were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend buyers and sellers to be wary.
