I recently brought a house through Green & Company estate agents. They were excellent throughout the whole process. As this was my first property purchase I was quite nervous and unsure about a lot of different things but Greens were readily available in helping me understand every time I called through. They were all very friendly, Charlotte was someone I spoke to more frequently and she was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The offices in CHESTER ROAD has a terrible service . Phoned them three times about a property and they wanted offer letter from mortgage company . Said they will send an email to reply with my offer letter but never sent it. Phoned back made pathetic excuses as they were busy I mean how long does it take to send an email ? My advice choose other estate agents if your selling your house as the staff are not their to help customers .

I have had a brilliant experience with Green & Company at Castle Bromwich. I found a house that I loved and was able to get a quick viewing, within days the offer had been put in and accepted. Everything was communicated so well and I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or pop into the shop. When I did go in, everyone was so welcoming/friendly and they would all assist me with anything I needed. Once the offer had been accepted, it all went so smoothly. I was put in contact with Lauren, the mortgage advisor and she helped me to get a great rate and just explained everything to me as I am a first time buyer. She was so lovely and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in there. I was then put in contact with a local solicitors and they helped me sort all of the legal side. Green and Company kept me informed throughout, there were no delays and it was honestly a breeze. I am so glad I chose to buy my first home through a company that are so helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Nyree, who had been amazing throughout this whole process, so thorough with everything and she just made the whole process so easy. I have her to thank you my beautiful new home. I would definitely recommend Green and Company Castle Bromwich to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the future. Thank you all.
