GoogleI have had a brilliant experience with Green & Company at Castle Bromwich. I found a house that I loved and was able to get a quick viewing, within days the offer had been put in and accepted. Everything was communicated so well and I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or pop into the shop. When I did go in, everyone was so welcoming/friendly and they would all assist me with anything I needed. Once the offer had been accepted, it all went so smoothly. I was put in contact with Lauren, the mortgage advisor and she helped me to get a great rate and just explained everything to me as I am a first time buyer. She was so lovely and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in there. I was then put in contact with a local solicitors and they helped me sort all of the legal side. Green and Company kept me informed throughout, there were no delays and it was honestly a breeze. I am so glad I chose to buy my first home through a company that are so helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Nyree, who had been amazing throughout this whole process, so thorough with everything and she just made the whole process so easy. I have her to thank you my beautiful new home. I would definitely recommend Green and Company Castle Bromwich to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the future. Thank you all.

GoogleWe recently had to take the sad decision to sell my mums house as she moved into a care home . We were delighted with every aspect of the service we received. Mark who came to value the property was very well prepared & extremely knowledgeable of the property market in our area & very helpful. Once the property was on the market the communication was fantastic from all the staff in the office . Unfortunately the first sale fell through & this was dealt with compassionately. Cannot fault anything about the whole experience & would highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently completed the sale and purchase of houses using Green and Co. as our estate agents during both sale and purchase. They were excellent, particularly Charlotte at the Walmley Office and Jacki at Four Oaks. We were kept informed at all stages of the process and they were an invaluable liaison between seller and purchaser. Completing a house move is never an easy task, but their knowledge, patience and at times, perseverance, paid off and we are delighted with the outcome! I would not hesitate to recommend Green and Co if you are considering moving home in the Sutton Coldfield area, and on our recommendation our own daughter has placed her house sale in their hands. GoogleWhen I had originally decided to buy a McCarthy & Stone property Green & Co were one of the Estate Agents selected by them to sell my property. (Estate agents were changed regularly). I immediately liked Mark Davies who came out to value & photograph my property. He was frank & honest & gave me confidence that my house would sell. When I decided to buy a property elsewhere I personally instructed Green & Co because they had achieved the most viewings for me. I found liaising with them was very easy; they happily organised viewings whilst I was away on holiday. After a buyer was identified I found Charlotte helpful, informative & she was always at the end of the phone to deal with my queries. I also thought their fees were competitive & very reasonable. I would recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleI am currently in the process of purchasing my first home through Green & Company, and Dee Stratford, based in the Great Barr branch. The process has gone smoothly overall, but something arose which initially put me off continuing with the purchase. However, Dee took the time to explain that situations like this are quite normal and went into detail about the processes involved and why such things can occur in cases like mine. Although I initially contacted someone else with a query, Dee promptly called me back to assist, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Her knowledge and experience are outstanding, and her ability to reassure and clarify things was incredibly helpful. Dee’s professionalism and dedication have made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support with buying a property.
