GoogleCalled in today with a stack of paperwork as part of a mortgage application. Donna was kind enough to scan it across to the mortgage advisor Lisa for me. Considering most of the pages were curled up at the edge, she had to scan each one individually. We bought and sold our houses through this agent and have used Lisa for mortgage advice since 2013. A fantastic team 👏 .

GoogleWhen you have lived in a house for many years it is quite a thing to actually move even when you know it is the right time to do so. I first approached a number of Estate Agents the previous year and there was no question in my mind Greens stood head and shoulders above the others. From the first meeting with Jonathan Kelly there was an understanding of our situation and what it meant to us. Guidance, knowledge, experience and advice was given without ever feeling under any pressure. The ball was left in our court. Once we found our next home and were ready to market there was no hesitation in who to go to. It took 10 days from going on the market to an agreed sale. Jacquie and the team at Greens managed this superbly, it was a whole team effort and it worked. This means to me they absolutely “nailed” every part of the process - and continued to do so right through to completion with regular updates and communication. Would absolutely recommend. John & Sue

GoogleRecently worked with the Castle Bromwich team on our sale, outstanding team to work with. Not only did they work on our sale but they held our hand with our purchase too which was through a different agent. They were a very important cog in our journey which turned out to be much longer than expected due to a family tragedy and a change in our circumstances. Special mention to Lucy who was always available for a chat and helped smooth the waters on many occasions, she really did come through for us and propped us up emotionally at a very hard time, thank you so much Lucy! Thanks to Ben who started the journey with us and introduced us to a fantastic team, I really can’t recommend them high enough!

GoogleWhen I had originally decided to buy a McCarthy & Stone property Green & Co were one of the Estate Agents selected by them to sell my property. (Estate agents were changed regularly). I immediately liked Mark Davies who came out to value & photograph my property. He was frank & honest & gave me confidence that my house would sell. When I decided to buy a property elsewhere I personally instructed Green & Co because they had achieved the most viewings for me. I found liaising with them was very easy; they happily organised viewings whilst I was away on holiday. After a buyer was identified I found Charlotte helpful, informative & she was always at the end of the phone to deal with my queries. I also thought their fees were competitive & very reasonable. I would recommend them unreservedly.
