GoogleThe staff at Knutsford are amazing.Amy and Beth in lettings,and their maintenance crew made the letting so trouble free.Nothing was too much trouble.The sales dept were incredible ,Dev and Frances.I would especially like to thank Frances who went beyond to make the sale and the transfer so easy,especially as I was out of the country for the whole sale.Thank you all.

GoogleWe used Gascoigne Halman Knutsford to sell a family property in the Legh Road conservation area and couldn't fault the experience. Dougie was fantastic throughout, keeping us updated and chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Not every agent would have handled it the way he did, I'd highly recommend them.

GoogleMost of our contact is with Chloe who deals with rental property for us. We always get a very professional and personal service and are always kept fully updated with any viewings, during the initial process of checks and paperwork and it continues once the tenant is in the property. Any questions, queries or on the rare occasions issues are dealt with swiftly. We have been approached by other letting agents to switch to them instead, but wouldn't move with the attention to detail and service we get from Chloe and team at Gascoigne Halman in Glossop. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a property out or to anyone wanting to move in to a rental property.

GoogleI had two viewings booked for properties managed by this company, I was called multiple times by an agent telling me she would be running late to our viewings on different days to when I had them booked, and then upon doing an hours drive into Manchester to view the properties I’d selected, I was told that my viewings have been delayed by an hour. The way I’ve been handled has been completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
