GoogleAndrea handled recent House Purchase very professionally, was always contactable (usually calling back around 5pm the same day) and was hugely helpful communicating with the sitting tenants, sellers and sellers solicitors. Very understanding on the fact that I couldn't view the property before making an offer and was only able to send a friend round. GoogleSo,after waiting 6 months for an evaluation,having chased it every month since,they evaluated our house at over £100K less than 3 other rivals,this was from their manager,Matthew Clark,what a useless and poor service.I’ actively discouraging all I know not to use this agent.Wpuld have given 0 stars but there doesn’t seem to be that option.Never use this company

They are a very professional team - really helpful, responsive and knowledgeable - they have taken an awful lot of stress out of a number of aspects of the property ownership and sale - feels like they went above and beyond throughout.
