GoogleRegan met us at the first property which was great but a little far from the village and train station. She told us she might have another property that's nearer. She called the next day and we went to view, it was perfect. I felt she'd listened to our requirements and responded quickly. Great service from both Regan and Dan, we'd definitely recommend them.

GoogleMy first time looking for a rental property in years was a really positive experience with Regan who was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The first property I visited was a to large for me but she took away my requirements and helped me find a property that suited me in every way. I would highly recommend using this team (Regan & Dan) to both landlords and tenants alike in finding ideal matches for properties.

Have gone above and beyond each time! - definitely would use again and recommend to friends and family wanting to rent.

GoogleShocking service by Gascoigne Halman, if thinking on renting a property through them AVOID as you won't get your deposit back, after leaving the property haven't heard back from them and they are not willing to release the deposit. Now I find myself looking for legal advice in order to get my deposit back, they try not to take responsibility even if you paid that deposit directly to their account. Really poorly managed and really unfair for the tenants. Will not be using them in the future and I don't recommend anyone to do it.

GoogleHad a fantastic experience and very quick and easy process with Mr Garland, if a property snaps up he’s more than willing to take you to similar properties with similar characteristics. Fast and easy online process and kept us in the loop every step of the way, would definitely recommend for anybody looking to rent!

GoogleGreat professional service from the team. Always easy to contact someone by phone or email. Special thanks to Amanda who has been so very helpful when we purchased the property over 10 years ago, finding us great tenants and sorting the tenancy agreement out etc. She has always helped and advised during this time when we had any issues or queries.She liased with the outgoing tenant when serving notice to end the tenancy so we had a stress free and amicable end to the tenancy making the sale much more straightforward. We also asked them to market the property and they took care of the viewings, keys, everything, and they found us a buyer in 2 days! We were kept informed regularly regarding the sale. Everyone at this branch in Chapel en le Frith does their best to help in a friendly and professional way and I have no hesitation in recommending them having experienced their buying, selling and renting services.

The initial contact from Peter was extremely professional and the knowledge and experience he possessed gave us confidence to place the house sale with this office and that decision proved to be absolutely the right one! The subsequent customer service we received from the Chapel office staff from Amanda, Laura and Emma was exceptional - they were super efficient , thoughtful and caring.

GoogleExcellent, professional and friendly service with expertise to boot! We have rental properties which are run by Gascoigne Halman and have bought and sold with them many times over the years. Most recently sold a property and from the very fair valuation by Bobby, through all the very fast viewings and great feedback from the front office staff through to Sam, who managed to push all parties through the sale even though I gave a very tight deadline ... I am impressed!! I can't think of any reason to use any other agency
