GoogleWe’ve just moved into a rented property and we absolutely love it. All the staff are so helpful and quickly responded to any questions or problems we had. I’d like to thank Charlotte and Jan as they have both been fantastic throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

GoogleFirst venture into purchasing and letting a property! Both the sales and lettings teams guided me through the whole process and a speedy and successful let was soon in place. All of the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. A great service, from a great team!

GoogleSome time ago I asked this lot to sell a house for me. A few people were interested and I chose what GH called a 'cash buyer.' She wasn't, she appeared to be a mate of somebody at GH. They were in touch with me regularly while the mortgage was sorted but only ever in support of the buyer. They let her and a dodgy gas boiler person into the house in order to condemn the boiler and knock me down £3000. I had it uncondemned. Don't give them your keys, in fact don't employ them.NegativeQuality

GoogleJust sold my house with Gascoigne Halman and I can't fault them. James was exceptionally helpful because I didn't have a clue about buying/ selling houses and took the time to walk me through it. The only issue I have (hence the lack of a 5th star) is with Gascoigne Halman's recommended solicitors, Home Property Lawyers. I have not found them helpful, they are slow, don't respond to calls , emails, and a bit abrubt.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have used lots of estate agents in the past and have lots of bad experiences. But Gascoigne Halman are above the rest and it’s down to their people at their Wilmslow branch. They do everything they can to make the experience smooth and less stressful. A particular mention to Charlotte who is new to the branch but works so hard to ensure everything is done the right way.

GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers and have just moved into a home that was marketed by Gascoigne Halman. We couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided. Shout out to Dominic at the Wilmslow office. He was very proactive, helpful and friendly when dealing with all our queries. Hopefully we won’t be moving house anytime soon, but if and when do, we’ll be using Gascoigne Halman.

Lucy in sales, and Heather and Charlotte and the whole team in lettings were very helpful and looked after me. Lettings arranged the rental house I was interested in at short notice, and everything was in place on the day of the move as promised when my property sale completed. From beginning to end I have nothing but the utmost praise for their service. Throughout the office everyone has been efficient, friendly and courteous, which has helped us navigate the stressful job of moving. Special mention to James Coppock who was always available to advise and guide us securely through everything. Overall their experience and understanding of the housing market was brilliant.
